I founded CMG Heating & Plumbing in 2021, after more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the trade. The business is run by me and no one else, from Bolton, looking after homeowners, businesses, landlords and churches in and around the town.
The idea behind CMG was a simple one: do good work, charge fairly for it, and keep people properly informed from the first phone call to the final check. That hasn’t changed since.

Quotes are free, and they’re honest. I’ll tell you what the job needs and what it will cost before anything starts. If I think the work doesn’t need doing, I’ll tell you that too.
I turn up when I say I will. And if something changes, you’ll hear it from me first rather than wondering.
The work is guaranteed. All workmanship is guaranteed. If anything isn’t right, I come back and put it right.
There is only me. CMG is one person, and that is deliberate — it is the reason the person who quotes your job is the person who does it. No rota, no crew behind a logo, nobody working on commission.
And if I’m ill, or already on a job. A service or a quote goes into my next free slot, and I’d rather give you a date I can keep than one that sounds good on the phone. If something urgent lands while I’m tied up, or I’m off ill, there’s another Gas Safe registered engineer I trust who covers for me — and you’d be told before he arrived, never after.
