How it works
I manage the entire job. The tiling is done by a tiler I have worked with for years, and I stay responsible for the finished room either way.
Design software is used so you can see the room before I start. Showers and baths are tanked for a minimum ten years leak-free, and I fit premium equipment only — generally a five-year minimum manufacturer guarantee on materials.
Guarantee
12 months on the room, because other trades are involved in it, and 24 months on any plumbing, gas or heating work carried out as part of the same job.
